Loyalty program regulations

Gather points and exchange them for rewards. All the rules of the loyalty program, i.e. receiving, collecting and redeeming bonuses, are defined by the following conditions:

The organizer of the program is Mouton Interactive Krzysztof Baran with its registered office in: Starowiejska 265, 08-110 Siedlce, NIP: 821-15201-37
A participant in the loyalty program is every customer who has a customer account in the wHamaku.pl store
The loyalty program is valid from 1/10/2020, the end date is not specified.
The basis for calculating loyalty points is the sum of the submitted and completed orders. And giving opinions on purchased products.
Points are credited to the customer's account.
The value and amount of points cannot be redeemed as cash.
The Participant may not transfer Points to other persons in any way.
You can view the number of points you have collected after logging in to the "your account" tab in the "loyalty program" category
Gifts of the loyalty program wHamaku.pl are selected material items that the Participant may receive in return for the accumulated Points.
Points are added to the customer's account automatically after the payment for the order has been received.
The value of the points earned relates to the value of the order placed. For every PLN 10 spent, you will receive 1 bonus point.
If you want to receive a prize from the catalog of gifts, select the product and add it to the basket. The gift will be sent together with the purchased products.
The organizer reserves the right to replace the ordered prize with another similar one or withdraw individual prizes from the catalog of gifts, which will result in the cancellation of the order placed.
If a gift is withdrawn from the catalog and the already submitted instruction to exchange points for a gift is not fulfilled, the Organizer will return the points to the participant's account.
The data contained in the catalog do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code and are for information purposes only, enabling the selection of the award.
wHamaku.pl reserves the right to terminate the participation in the bonus program or replace it with another program.
Gifts are not subject to complaint.

THE PROGRAM RULES are simple:

for every PLN 10 spent you get 1 point to your account.
You don't need to register in the program to collect points. All you need to do is log in to your account when shopping in our store.
Points are calculated automatically after each completed order and are visible in your account.
For a completed order, we understand it paid and shipped (the date of receipt of the payment from the customer or the payment on delivery by the courier applies here)
Points do not expire and are always ready to be used.
