Frequently asked questions before buying

1. For who is the hammock intended?

If your interested in a hammock for an adult, you should choose a "single" model, 3 to 3.3 feet in length and 1.2 to 1.4 meters in width. In turn, the family hammock should be much larger - from 4.5 meters high and about 2 meters wide. For a child there will be a suitable hammock with a length of 1.5 to 2.5 meters and a width of 1 to 1.5 meters. It is always better to choose a hammock that is slightly larger, because children are growing so fast that they can grow out of the hammock in a short time.

2. Do you want to sleep in a hammock or just relax?

If we are going to just rest in a hammock, you can choose a traditional type of hammock. In turn, if you want to not only relax in the hammock during the day, but also use it as a place to sleep, we have to invest in a suitable cover. We have a choice of mosquito nets to protect us from any insect attacking at night. There will also be a hammock-tent, which has additional waterproof roofing. Remember that the hammock during sleep should be hung 30-40 cm higher than in the afternoon siesta.

3. Where do you want to hang the hammock?

It is best to hang a hammock between two trees. This is the safest and most stable option. You can also buy a hammock stand, preferably wooden, because it is more stable. The hammock can also be attached to the hooks that you are punching into the wall on the porch.

4. How we secure the package?
We make every effort to ensure the best possible protection of the parcel during transport, so that it reaches the addressee intact. All orders are shipped in paper boxes. Any empty spaces in the package are filled with additional paper elements. If the package requires it, we use stretch film. In the event of damage to the goods, please write down a damage report, which is available from the courier.

5. What is the order fulfillment time?
We ship most orders the same day. The maximum waiting time for delivery is 14 days and applies to those products with the information "Product waiting time over 7 days."

6. Is it possible to pay for the purchased goods upon delivery by courier?
When placing an order, the customer chooses the most convenient method of payment and transport. To pay for the delivery on delivery, select the DPD courier company when placing the order.

7. What are the payment methods?
In our company, you have the option to pay:

8. Can I make purchases without registration?
Yes of course. Our store allows you to make one-off purchases. However, we encourage you to register, where you can monitor your orders.

9. Do we ship goods abroad?
Foreign shipments are sent after prior payment for the order. The table of foreign shipping fees can be found in the Shipping and costs tab.

10. Can the goods be returned?
The goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason. Such goods, however, cannot bear traces of use, cannot be damaged or destroyed. It must be in the original packaging.
