Following the guidelines below will minimize the risk of accidents, damage, and negative environmental impact.
Remember to always follow these recommendations and the detailed instructions included with your product.

1. Intended Use
- Use the product only in the manner and for the purposes specified by the manufacturer.
- Improper use may result in damage to the product or pose a health and safety risk.

2. Technical Inspection
- Before each use, check the product for damage, deformation, or dirt.
- If you notice any abnormalities, do not use the product and contact an authorized service center.

3. Environmental Conditions
- Use the device only in rooms with normal humidity and temperature, if recommended.
- Avoid extreme environmental conditions (e.g., excessive humidity, very high or low temperatures).
- Allow the device to reach room temperature before operating to avoid damage caused by condensation.

4. Child and Animal Safety
- Store and use the product out of the reach of children and animals.
- Do not leave the device unattended if untrained persons are nearby.

5. Contact with Liquids and Hazardous Substances
- Protect the device from flooding, moisture, corrosive, and flammable substances.
- In case of accidental contact with liquids, immediately unplug the device from the power supply and consult a service center.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
- Clean the product only with a dry, clean cloth. Avoid water and harsh chemicals.
- Do not touch the device with wet hands.
- Use only original or manufacturer-recommended spare parts and maintenance materials.

7. Repairs and Modifications
- Do not open the housing, modify, or attempt to repair the device yourself.
- Such actions may void the warranty and expose you to danger.
- Refer all repairs to authorized service centers.

8. Response to Irregularities
- If you notice unusual noises, odors, vibrations, or overheating, immediately turn off the device and disconnect it from the power supply.
- Contact a qualified service center or the manufacturer's technical support department.

9. Warranty and Damage
- Remember that the warranty often does not cover mechanical damage caused by improper use.
- To maintain warranty coverage, follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Minimum delivery time is 4 days, maximum - 14 days. About any exceptions, we will inform customers by e-mail or telephone.
When the order is completed and the parcel is sent to the shipment, the customer will be notified via email.

Shipments are delivered by courier DPD, courier Inpost, Paczkomaty In Post, Orlen Paczka.
A VAT invoice will be issued for each completed order.

An amount corresponding to the method of shipment and payment chosen by the Customer is added to the value of the order.
If the order value exceeds the amount specified in the TABLE OF CHARGES below, the Customer shall not bear the shipping costs.

Payment by credit or payment card
Cards authorization is carried out by Przelewy24 online payment transaction systems. After selecting the card payment option, the customer is redirected to the Przelewy24 service, where he authorizes the transaction.

The customer who chose the option of payment by bank transfer or by card is obliged to pay the fee for the placed order within 7 business days from the date of the contract of sale (or inform the Store about the need to extend the time for payment). In the event of non-payment of the fee within the given time, the store's service has the right to withdraw the order and cancel it. Shipments paid by bank transfer or credit card are made after receiving the bank's authorization Przelewy24.
